Weekly rental prices start from £259. The actual price, vehicle, insurance arrangements and vehicle-specific conditions will be confirmed before you enter into a rental agreement.

All drivers must meet the eligibility requirements for the specific vehicle and its insurance arrangements. Requirements will be confirmed during your enquiry.

02 Appropriate PHV/PCO driver licence for the relevant licensing authority.
03 Identity, address and any additional insurer-required documents.
04 Approval under the applicable insurance arrangements before driving.

This is a summary only. Your signed rental agreement and vehicle-specific details will set out the full terms that apply to your hire.
Minimum hire
8 weeks minimum.
Notice period
4 weeks' written notice. Return cannot be earlier than the end of the minimum hire period.
Weekly mileage
1,000 miles included per week.
Excess mileage
£1 per mile above the included allowance.
Security deposit
£250, subject to the rental agreement.
Weekly rental
From £259 per week. Actual rate confirmed for each vehicle.
Insurance matters
Insurance arrangements can differ by vehicle. Before collection, we will confirm whether cover is arranged through the supplier's fleet policy or a hirer-arranged policy. The driver must be approved and correctly covered for the intended PHV/hire-and-reward use.
